Journaling can be a powerful tool in our toolbox of wellness. Journaling allows us to explore our emotions when they can feel overwhelming. When our thoughts become intrusive, and we feel we can’t control them and it’s increasing our anxiety it can assist you with becoming mindful, decreasing our anxiety. Dumping all our thoughts and or feelings onto a piece of paper gives us a chance to release them, often when we don’t want to or don’t have anyone to share them with.
